Spectra Plastics is a small privately owned business established over thirty years ago by the current Managing Director Geoff Payne, the business has gone from strength to strength. Initially the business worked from a small garage, success and growth required a move to our current premises in 1983. Throughout we have ensured that we are a forerunner in acrylic fabrication techniques by retaining the services of experienced craftsmen and investing in the latest technology.

Spectra Plastics specialise in manufacturing bespoke products fabricated and machined from sheet acrylic, PVC, Foamex, Polycarbonate, PETG, Silicon, ABS, Polypropylene, Tubes and Rods. Our products are used extensively for point of sale display units in car dealer showrooms, supermarkets, shops, museums, restaurants and exhibition stands.
Spectra Plastics are capable of machining and forming products from almost any acrylic and associated materials. We specialise in fabricating complex shapes from sheet acrylic using a combination of processes including: thermoforming, CNC machining, vacuum forming etc. Our specialisation does not stop at producing complex shapes, since many of our products are used for point of sale display stands, appearance is of paramount importance. We are able to produce opaque products and high sheen products using a diamond polisher.
